Product and Pricing Information
Although Lester's has made every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user, and Lester's cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. Lester's is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

Shipping During Promotional Periods
- Due to the overwhelming demand during promotional periods, processing times may be increased. We strive to get our goods to you as soon as possible!
Shipping & Return Policy
The convenience and satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, which is why we strive to place your orders in a timely fashion. Lester's only wants the best for our customers.
Returns By Mail:
We offer full refunds for all merchandise discounted up to 49% off, once discounted 50% off all sales are final. All returns must be received back in our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days all sales are final. For your safety, all face masks are final sale. Any returns that are past the 14 day return period will not be accepted by our warehouse and will be returned to sender. Returns must be shipped back with the Return Request form fully completed. For all returns original tickets must be attached.
You can send back the merchandise using the shipping carrier and method of your choice. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking information to ensure that your return package arrives at our facility.

We cannot accept hand-delivered packages or returns at our internet office. All returns you wish to process for a full refund MUST be sent through the mail via the carrier of your choosing.
For in-store returns all tags must be attached and a copy of the original order must be present. Online orders can be returned in-store for a store credit or exchanged for other merchandise within 30 days of the order date. No refunds will be issued for in-store purchases made online. Store credits can only be used in-store.
In order to serve you efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you place a second order. Send back the merchandise you no longer want and once we receive your return we'll credit your account as long as it's within the above return policy.
